Sea Level Family Retreat

This is truly a Mexican Casita with a central Great Room design under a beautiful brick dome ceiling. The home is colorfully appointed with Mexican furniture and decor. The upstairs Master Bedroom has a walk-in shower and a gas fireplace. The second upstairs bedroom has twin beds for children or a possible third couple. The downstairs (3-car garage level) Master Bedroom opens out to the Gated courtyard and has an inside stair access to the upper level. The upper level opens out to the large back yard which is ideal for BBQ or for sand lot volley ball, badmitten, horseshoes, etc.

It is a short 2 minute walk to the waters edge at the beautiful Sea of Cortez. Take the beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, kayaks (2) and rubber raft and enjoy the day relaxing on the beach or playing in the sea water. Back at the house enjoy the upper sun deck, the main level patio deck or the Courtyard area which is ideal for children and pets. Bring a bag of ice from town for blender beverages.
